General

All shipping is subject to stock availability. While we strive to keep all your favorites in stock, some items may occasionally be unavailable. For updates, check back regularly or contact our team for assistance.

When Do We Ship and Deliver?

Orders are shipped within 3 days and typically delivered within a week, depending on the location. Orders placed during UAE weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day. Our team operates Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Where Do We Ship?

We deliver locally within the UAE and internationally to Saudi Arabia, Oman, Bahrain, Kuwait, and Qatar.

Delivery Charges

  • UAE: Free delivery for orders above AED 200; AED 10.5 for orders below AED 200 (inclusive of VAT).
  • Oman: Free delivery for orders above AED 200; AED 20 for orders below AED 200 (inclusive of VAT).
  • Other Countries:
    • Qatar: AED 130
    • Saudi Arabia: AED 73.5
    • Bahrain: AED 200
    • Kuwait: AED 200

Cash on Delivery (COD) Charges

  • Available only in the UAE, with a handling fee of AED 10.

Payment Methods

We recommend online payments via credit/visa cards. COD is available for select premium products.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days for misplaced, damaged, or incorrect items.
  • For returns, a courier fee of AED 25 will be deducted unless the product is damaged/defective.
  • Refunds are processed via e-wallet or original payment method within 1-10 days.
  • High-margin sale items and international orders are not eligible for returns.

Cancellations

  • UAE customers can cancel orders via their account or the cancellation link sent at order placement.
  • International orders cannot be canceled.

Order Tracking

Track your order through the link provided in the email or SMS upon order placement.

Delivery Address Changes

Notify us of any address changes before dispatch, and we’ll update it for you.
